One confirmed dead on enemy troops during an encounter between an NPA unit and scout platoon of the 61st Infantry Battalion, in Baranggay Trangka, Masin, Lloilo, at eleven in the morning, November 20, 2017.
Red fighters had no casualties and freely left the place.
