Kathmandu, July 16, 2024: The Socialist Front of Nepal, a coalition of four Communist and Socialist parties, convened a meeting in Aloknagar, Kathmandu, today, signaling a renewed push for influence in Nepalese politics.

The meeting took place at the office of the CPN (Unified Socialist), with prominent leaders in attendance.

Among them were Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, Chairman of the CPN (Maoist Centre); Madhav Kumar Nepal, Chairman of the CPN (Unified Socialist); Mahendra Ray Yadav, Chairman of the Nepal Samajbadi Party; and Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Nepal.
