AFP Sergeant Target Of Successful NPA Sniper Operation In Camarines Sur Province

Members of the Norben Gruta Command New People’s Army – West Camarines Sur (NGC NPA – West Camarines Sur) successfully launched a sniper operation in Brgy. Salvacion, Pasacao, Camarines Sur province on June 12, 2021.

Sgt. Norly Martinez, 30 years old and under Bravo Coy of the 96th IB PA currently based in Libmanan, Camarines Sur province, was the target of the NPA’s sniper operation. The said operation took place at exactly 1:00 p.m.

For the people of Camarines Sur province, the NGC NPA – West Camarines Sur will not stop tirelessly serving you. Your call for justice for military abuses in the said area will continue to be justified. Libmanan has long been under the Retooled Community Service Program (RCSP) which has featured human rights violations such as intimidation of civilians, harassment of women, influence of decadent culture on the youth, forced surrender and above all the killing of civilians incapable of resisting.
